Quyuan (曲苑), literally "crooked courtyard", was once the site of a winery, but is now a park and a good vantage point from which to view the lotus blooms in the summer. "Lotus in the breeze at the Crooked Courtyard" is one of the famous Ten Scenes of the West Lake.
