Royal Observatory

The Royal Observatory on top of the hill in Greenwich Park. The largest building is Flamsteed's house, once home of the Astronomer Royal. The dome containing the 28-inch refracting telescope is hidden behind a tree to the left.

Greenwich is home to the world's prime meridian - 0 degrees longitude. The Observatory is now a museum.
